Hotel is good value for money and close to the Metro station. Staff were very helpful.

Very Good

The breakfast was nice. The staff was kind. The night was quiet.

I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel della Province. The room left a bit to be desired, especially considering that this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. There was nothing functional wrong with it. It was just bland and outdated though clean and the bed very comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff really kind and helpful.

Good hotel for a short stay

The hotel is located about 6/7 minutes (walking) from Bologna metro station which is really easy to make your way into the centre/to the sites.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the rooms are not too spacious, but this is expected with a central hotel, so no real complaints! Our airport transfer was not there to pick us up, however after a quick phone conversation with Luca (concierge) he was quickly rectified this for us and a driver arrived at the airport in 40 minutes and he ensured we paid a discounted price as compensation.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel & would stay there again

The room was really comfortable, good, generous breakfast, lovely complimentary croissants & coffee at the reception desk was an unexpected bonus! The staff at the reception desk were all very helpful & accommodating with information, booking train tickets or an iron in the room or request for a packed breakfast when we had an early morning tour, but Alex must get a special mention as he really went the extra mile any time we needed assistance. There is a little convenience store just across the road from the hotel which was really great. We picked up ice-cream there every night

No view from our room as we faced the back of another building. I got bitten quite badly by mosquitoes & maybe spiders which blistered, however, this was not the hotel’s fault. It will be a good idea to take along mosquito bands & good ointments in case the critters love you like they love me

We had a good sized terrace off our room which was great. Eating breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was a great way to start the day.

Good value in a pinch

Last minute booking to replace stolen passports. Room was clean, close to bus/train terminal for Turbetina (sp?), local buses for getting into central Rome within walking distance, excellent breakfast options in a roof top setting, staff was helpful but needed a bit of extra explanation as their English was not fluent, good eating out options within walking distance

Bed was short, pillows had no neck support (super flat), safe did not work, someone entered our room late at night on the 2nd evening using a key card - left with an apology (in Italian) when I shouted "hey"

The location was five minute walk from Bologna metro station. The staff was supportive. The price was decent.

There was a problem when putting the card to open the door. After making the reservation through booking.com they took 79 euros to confirm my booking, but after one month of my stay they have not returned the reserved money.

pleasant

- metro proximity - they have spared me a charger, complementary coffee at the room - breakfast in the top floor (nice view) and all the things a breakfast need but in a self-service way: juice machine, waffles and pancakes machine, boiled eggs, coffee , milk, bread , ham.

yet is not bad, but not excellent: - breakfast was completely self-service - bed - design is retro and might be considered not elegant

decent hotel for short stays

We travelled as a family of 3 and since we were arriving quite late by bus from Sorrento , this hotel is convenient being very near the main bus station .It was very easy to locate . Rooms are decent and clean . They provide a good breakfast in the morning with a good variety . We also booked a big car to go to the airport Fumicino and the transport provided a very efficient service at decent price ( 49 EUR )

Being next to the main road it was a bit noisy but not unbearable,It is not near good restaurant of shopping .

I throw the coin so i will go back to Rome and will stay again in Hotel delle Province

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to sub and was like a few stops to Termini or Colosseo. There was a supermarket just across the street and a bakery around the corner with amazing cakes and pastries. We did not spent much time in the room so i would say it is a good size, the bed were very comfortable although i like the big pillows more than the thin ones. It had a small a balcony so for smokers it is perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had to leave during the night but they gave us a small package with drinks and food so we will not starve. Have to say from the breakfast i loved the coffee most - real Italian espresso and cappuccino. In all loved to stay there and thank you!
